Data Collected for and by our Customers
As a customer you can import into our system personal information you have collected from your subscribers. We only provide the platform access and as such have no direct contact or access with your subscribers
You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct permissions to store personal customer data and we provide access to forms that can request and obtain permission to contact your subscribers and you must specify the type of emails you will be sending
If you use a 3rd party service to send your emails you need to make sure they also have a privacy policy in place that provides the same level of data protection and access as this one
If you are a recipient and you no longer wish to be contacted by our customer, you need to unsubscribe from them using the unsubscribe link in the email that is added by default to every customers email campaign
If you do contact us to remove you from our customer data base we will need to provide the request to our customer who is required to authorize us to remove, delete or export your data
Content of email
We act as a platform to provide email marketing services to our customers. We do not approve emails or accept liability for the content of any email sent by our customers
We do not verify any imported list and we do not provide a direct sending service.
All customer emails are sent by 3rd party services, either the customers own host SMTP server or a 3rd party service and they are responsible for stopping spam
Inboxingpro.com is the processer for you as a customer using the app to send emails and store customer data in accordance with GDPR and you should include this in your own privacy policy
